About Jack
Jack was born in Southmead Hospital in 1969, and has lived and worked in the Bristol area all his life.
He is married to Lucy, and they live in Filton with their three children - Domenic, 15, Sophie, 13, and Michael, 10 - all of whom attend local schools in South Gloucestershire.
On leaving school, Jack worked in his family ice cream and catering business locally for over ten years.
